Triphal Pudding
Ingredients:
1 small pack Raspberry Custard Powder.
1 small pack Pineapple Custard Powder.
1 small pack
Orange Custard Powder.
1½ liters Milk .
Sugar as per taste.
White butter as required.
Fresh Fruits (Oranges, grapes, apple, banana, mango, pomegranate etc as required.
Dry Fruits Almond, Pistachio, Charoli etc.
Method
:
Take 1/3rd of the milk in a vessel & bring it to boil.
When done, remove from heat & add raspberry custard powder dissolved in cold milk.
Mix it properly & again heat it on low flame.
Keep stirring & bring it to boil.
When it starts thickening, add sugar & dissolve it remove from heat & cool it.
When almost lukewarm, put it in a greased pudding mould & keep it in refrigerator to set.
In the same way prepare orange & pineapple puddings.
Chop all fruits in slices or pieces as per your preferences.
Take a dish & place first the orange pudding cut in slice then garnish it with fresh orange & mangoes.
Then place the pineapple one & garnish it with fresh apples & banana.
Then finally put slice of raspberry pudding & garnish it with pomegranate seeds & fresh green grapes.
Sprinkle dry fruits.
Once again set it in fridge & serve cold.
