Chocolate fudge
Ingredients:
  • 1 tin milkmaid.
  • 100gm plain mavo(khoya)
  • 50 gm butter.
  • ½ cup cocoa powder.
  • ¾ cup sugar.
  • 1 cup milk.
  • 1 tbsp ghee (if needed ½ cup sugar & ½ cup liquid glucose can be added
 
Method:
  • Put ghee in a pan & add milkmaid & milk in it.
  • Mix cocoa powder in milk and put in the mixture.
  • Add butter, mavo & stir it continouslu.
  • In the end put 1 tbsp ghee & roast it.
  • When it gets thick put the mixture in a plate & allow it to cool.
  • Garnish it with shredded almond & pistachio.
