Method:
- Heat milk in a
pan.
- When it becomes
half add sugar, cardamom powder in it.
- Put it down after
2 mins.
- Add pav when milk
is lukewarm.
- Add china grass
in the milk when it is boiling.
- Add 1 tbsp sugar
in a aluminium mold and keep it on gas.
- Keep it on low
flame.
- When sugar melts
& turns brown in colour stir it on all sides so that the sugar spreads
on all four sides of the mold.
- Put milk in the
mold and keep it in the pressure cooker.
- Pudding will be
ready in 1 whistle.
- When the cooker
cools remove the pudding.
- Put it upside down.
- It should not break.
- For garnishing
put half cherry on the pudding, shredded Cadbury.
