Healthy & Nutritious Soup
 Ingredients:
  • 50 gm green gram.
  • 1Tomato.
  • 1carrot.
  • Little gourd.
  • Spinach.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.
  • Lemon.
  • Chat masala or sandwich masala.
 
Method:
  • Boil Green gram, tomato, carrot, white gourd.
  • Wash spinach leaves in hot water & boil it.
  • Crush all ingredients.
  • Put salt, black pepper, lemon, chat masala or sandwich masala & serve it.
