Heavy& Nutritious Soup
 Ingredients:
  • 50 gm green gram.
  • 1tomato.
  • 1carrot.
  • Little white gourd.
  • Cabbage.
  • Spinach leaves.
  • 1sp butter.
  • Corn flour or wheat flour,
  • 1sp cheese.
  • 1sp paneer.
  • Milk.
  • water
 
Method:
  • Boil Green gram, tomato, carrot, gourd. Wash spinach leaves & boil it separately.
  • Crush all ingredients.
  • Take 1sp butter in a pan add corn flour or wheat flour & roast it.
  • Add milk, water & boil it.
  • Mix 1sp cheese & paneer to make a white sauce.
  • In white sauce put crush vegetable to make creamy soup.
