& Nutritious Soup
Ingredients:
50 gm green gram.
1tomato.
1carrot.
Little white gourd.
Cabbage.
Spinach leaves.
1sp butter.
Corn flour or wheat flour,
1sp cheese.
1sp paneer.
Milk.
water
Method:
Boil Green gram, tomato, carrot, gourd. Wash spinach leaves & boil it separately.
Crush all ingredients.
Take 1sp butter in a pan add corn flour or wheat flour & roast it.
Add milk, water & boil it.
Mix 1sp cheese & paneer to make a white sauce.
In white sauce put crush vegetable to make creamy soup.
