Chorafali Fafda
 Ingredients:
  • 500 gm gram flour.
  • 100 to150gm black gram.
  • 1pinch of soda-bi-carb.
  • 1tbsp oil.
  • Salt as per taste.
Or
  • 500 gm gram flour.
  • 100 gm black gram.
  • 75 gm cowpea (chora)flour.
  • 1pinch of soda-bi-carb.
  • 1tbsp oil.
  • Salt as per taste.
Or
  • 2cup gram flour.
  • 1cup math flour.
  • 1cup black gram.
  • 1pinch of soda bi carb.
  • ½ tea sp. Ghee (beat it & the put it in the
  • flour)
  • Salt as per taste.

Note:

  • In all three ingredients add black salt, oil & chilly in equal proportion.
 
Method:
  • Take any one of the ingredients from up.
  • Boil 50 ml liter of water & add salt in it.
  • Add soda-bi-carb in the flour & make thick dough with the boiled water.
  • Make the dough soft with hands & roll the dough (in big & thin size) with rice flour. Cover it with lid.
  • While frying cut them in long size & fry 2 to 3 fafda at a time.
  • Sprinkle rock salt & chilly on the fafda.
Note:
  • While making fafda from recipe 1 or 2 add oil in water.
