250gm lentil (black masoor)
Cashew nut, grapes & magajtari seed as needed.
½ tsp.cinnamon & cloves powder.
1tsp. dry mango powder.
Oil or ghee in proportion.
Salt as needed.
Soak lentil (masoor) for 6 to 8 hrs in water.
Filter it & dry it on cloth.
Fry it in ghee or oil.
Add salt, pepper, rock salt & nylon sev in the mixture.
Add coloured boondi, cashew nut, raisin, magajtari seed, cloves-cinnamon powder & dry mango powder in the mixture.
Instead of dry mango powder you can add ½ tsp & citric acid.
