  • 3cup gram flour.
  • 1cup oil.
  • ½sp bishops weed (ajmo)
  • 2cup water.
  • A Pinch of Soda.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil.
  • Beat oil & water for sometime & then add soda & salt in it.
  • Grind bishops weed & add.
  • Add gram flour as per needed.
  • Heat oil in a pan & add the mixture with the help of net like ladle.
  • Keep the gas on medium flame.
  • Serve this papdi with fried green chilies.
