Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Red gram.
  • ¼ cup Lentil.
  • ¼ cup Green gram.
  • ¼ gram Bengal gram.
  • ¼ Flat bean.
  • 2 big Onion finely Chopped.
  • 1 Onion.
  • 200 gm Red Pumpkin.
  • 1 big Potato.
  • 50 gm Brinjal.
  • 100 gm Elephant's foot.
  • 100 gm Tomato.
  • ½ cup Fenu Greek.
  • ¼ cup mint.
  • ¼ cup Coriander finely chopped.
  • 2 sp. Gram masala.
  • 10 Green Chilies.
  • Ginger.
  • Paste of 10 cloves Garlic.
  • 1 sp.Turmeric powder.
  • 2 sp.cumin seeds.
  • 5 Red round chilies.
  • 1 tbsp grated Coconut.
  • 4 tbsp Ghee.
  • Salt as per taste.

Method:
  • Wash grams & boil Onion, pumpkin, potato, brinjal, Elephant's foot, fenu greek in a pressure cooker.
  • Grind it in grinder.
  • Roast cumin seeds, grated coconut, red round chilies & grind it.
  • Heat ghee in a pan & fry onion, after 2 min put the above ingredients ginger, garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder & cook for 1 min.
  • Put coriander, chili, mint, tomato cook & stir it.
  • After 1 min put all boiled ingredients & salt in it.
  • Allow it cook for 10 min.
  • Serve it hot.
Note:
  • If you need more sour put more tomato.
  • Serve with jeera rice, pulav or paratha, bread.
