Method:
- Wash grams &
boil Onion, pumpkin, potato, brinjal, Elephant's foot, fenu greek in
a pressure cooker.
- Grind it in grinder.
- Roast cumin seeds,
grated coconut, red round chilies & grind it.
- Heat ghee in a
pan & fry onion, after 2 min put the above ingredients ginger, garlic
paste, garam masala, turmeric powder & cook for 1 min.
- Put coriander,
chili, mint, tomato cook & stir it.
- After 1 min put
all boiled ingredients & salt in it.
- Allow it cook for
10 min.
- Serve it hot.
Note:
- If you need more
sour put more tomato.
- Serve with jeera
rice, pulav or paratha, bread.
