Method:
- Mix all the flour
& grind it.
- Take 12 big spoon
flour to make a batter.
- In flour put butter
milk and hot water mix it well.
- Keep 5-6 hour in
hot place for fermentation.
- After, that put
groundnuts, salt, soda-bi-carbonate, ginger-chilly paste & mix it
well.
- For tempering,
heat oil, put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds & curry leaves
when it splutter put it in a batter & mix it well.
- After then, heat
pan put little oil heat it put 2 spoon batter in it & cover it with
lid on a slow flame. one side is done then another side.
- Server hot with
tomato sauce & green chutney.
