Nylon Khaman Dhokla(Instant)
  • 1cup gram flour.
  • 1/1/4 tsp rava.


  • ¾ cup water.
  • 3 sp oil.
  • ½ sp citric acid.
  • 3 sp sugar.
  • 1 tsp eno or ¼ sp eating soda.
  • Salt to taste.

For sizzle:

  • 1 tsp oil.
  • ½ sp mustard seed.
  • A pinch of asafetida.
  • ½ cup coriander.
  • ¼ cup water.
  • Mix both the flour.
  • Add all masala accept eno or eating soda.
  • Make thick paste.
  • Heat water in a pan.
  • Add eno or eating soda in the paste and stir in one direction.
  • The paste will become double.
  • Apply oil in a plate and put the paste in it.
  • Tie a cloth round the pan or round the plate. (You can tie the cloth on any type of dhokla)
  • Cook it for 12 min and boil.
  • Allow them to cool.
  • Sizzle them with the above method with water and put this water on the dhokla.
  • Serve it hot with tomato sauce and chutney.
