Base Ice Cream
Ingredients:
  • 500 ml milk.
  • 9 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 ½ tbsp G.M.S.
  • Little C.M.C.
  • 1 ½ tbsp corn flour.
  • 1 ½ tbsp milk powder.
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream.
Method:
  • Mix sugar in milk & put it on a gas.
  • When milk becomes little thick, in cold milk G.M.S; C.M.C; & corn flour mix it.
  • Milk comes to boil put milk powder (dissolved milk powder in milk).
  • When it becomes thick remove it from gas & cool it.
  • Put fresh cream & churn it in mixture.
  • Put any flavor essence or color mix it then set in a freezer.
Note:
  • It's not necessary to put milk powder.
