Base Ice Cream
500 ml milk.
9 tbsp sugar.
1 ½ tbsp G.M.S.
1 ½ tbsp corn flour.
1 ½ tbsp milk powder.
3 tbsp fresh cream.
Mix sugar in milk & put it on a gas.
When milk becomes little thick, in cold milk G.M.S; C.M.C; & corn flour mix it.
Milk comes to boil put milk powder (dissolved milk powder in milk).
When it becomes thick remove it from gas & cool it.
Put fresh cream & churn it in mixture.
Put any flavor essence or color mix it then set in a freezer.
It's not necessary to put milk powder.
