Chocolate Ice cream
Ingredients:
  • 1lt. Milk.
  • 1tea sp. Cocoa powder.
  • 1 ½ tbsp drinking chocolate.
  • Chocolate essence.
  • 11tbsp sugar.
  • 3tbsp milk powder.
  • 1cup cream.
  • 2tbsp cornflour.
Method:
  • Boil milk & add sugar in it.
  • Get milk to half & then add cornflour mixed in cold milk. Boil for 10mins.
  • Mix milk powder in it.
  • Add drinking chocolate & cocoa powder.
  • Ad cream when milk gets cold.
  • Add chocolate essence & churn it & keep for setting.
  • Churn it again & keep it again in the refrigerator for setting.
Note:
  • Make coffee ice cream in the same way.
  • Instead of drinking chocolate put coffee in it.
