Method:
- Boil milk to half.
- Add sugar.
- When sugar melts
add custard powder in it.
- Boil for 2 to 3
times & then add china grass in it.
- Add cream when
milk colds.
- Do milk into half.
- Add kesar, kesar
essence & yellow color in the 1 part.
- Add yellow color,
pista essence in the 2nd part & keep in the refrigerator for setting.
- When the pista
ice cream sets, churn it again & keep it in the refrigerator for
setting.
- Do the same for
the kesar ice cream & put the pista ice cream on top of kesar ice
cream.
- Garnish with grinded
pistachio on the ice cream.
