Kulfi
|
Ingredients: |
- 1lt. Milk.
- 150 or 200gm mavo.
- 125 gm sugar.
- Little kesar(saffron)
- 50 gm dry fruit.
(almond, pistachio, cardamom & walnut)

Method:
- Mix mavo &
milk properly and boil
- Boil till it becomes
thick.
- Add sugar.
- Mix kesar in 1cup
hot milk.
- Put down from the
gas & add dry fruit pieces & cardamom powder in the milk.
- When the milk colds
put it in the kulfi mould & set it in the refrigerator.
- Before removing
the kulfi pour cold water on the mould and then remove the kulfi.
Variation
- Instead of almond,
cardamom, pistachio powder you can add biscuit powder in it.
- When making kulfi
add mavo, to make mavo kulfi.
- By adding pista
sweet makes pista kulfi.
- By adding choclate
makes chocolate kulfi.
