In Gujarati
  • 1lt. Milk.
  • 150 or 200gm mavo.
  • 125 gm sugar.
  • Little kesar(saffron)
  • 50 gm dry fruit. (almond, pistachio, cardamom & walnut)
  • Mix mavo & milk properly and boil
  • Boil till it becomes thick.
  • Add sugar.
  • Mix kesar in 1cup hot milk.
  • Put down from the gas & add dry fruit pieces & cardamom powder in the milk.
  • When the milk colds put it in the kulfi mould & set it in the refrigerator.
  • Before removing the kulfi pour cold water on the mould and then remove the kulfi.
  • Instead of almond, cardamom, pistachio powder you can add biscuit powder in it.
  • When making kulfi add mavo, to make mavo kulfi.
  • By adding pista sweet makes pista kulfi.
  • By adding choclate makes chocolate kulfi.
