Mango Ripe Ice Cream
Ingredients:
  • 1cup mango.
  • 100ml. Fresh cream.
  • 1 tbsp cornflour.
  • 500ml. Milk.
  • Sugar as per taste.
Method:
  • Remove juice from the mango & keep the pulp aside.
  • Add fresh cream in the pulp & mix it properly.
  • Keep it in fridge for cooling.
  • Mix cornflour in cold milk & make paste.
  • Mix sugar & milk in the paste & boil till it becomes thick.
  • Mix mango pulp & cream in the milk & grind it in the mixer.
  • Set the ice cream in the tray & keep it in the refrigerator.
  • While serving keep mango pieces in the dish & then put the ice cream on it.
