Mango Ripe Ice Cream
100ml. Fresh cream.
1 tbsp cornflour.
Sugar as per taste.
Remove juice from the mango & keep the pulp aside.
Add fresh cream in the pulp & mix it properly.
Keep it in fridge for cooling.
Mix cornflour in cold milk & make paste.
Mix sugar & milk in the paste & boil till it becomes thick.
Mix mango pulp & cream in the milk & grind it in the mixer.
Set the ice cream in the tray & keep it in the refrigerator.
While serving keep mango pieces in the dish & then put the ice cream on it.
