Pineapple Ice cream
  • 1 big pineapple tin(850 gm)
  • 500lt. Milk.
  • 1tea sp. Gelatin.
  • 1cup fresh cream.
  • 1 tin Condensed milk(400gm)
  • Yellow colour.
  • Pineapple essence.
  • Cashew nut or walnut pieces.
  • Keep aside some pieces of pineapple from the tin.
  • Take the other pieces from the tin, grind them in the grinder, churn it & filter it. These juice should be at least 1cup.
  • Heat the milk.
  • Soak gelatin in water & then put in the hot milk.
  • Let it cool for sometime.
  • Add pineapple juice, cream, condensed milk, yellow color & essence & keep it for set in the refrigerator.
  • When the ice cream is set, churn it again & add kept aside pineapple pieces, cashew nut & walnut pieces in the ice cream & keep for setting again in the refrigerator.
  • Instead of pineapple any other fruit can be added(mango, strawberry, banana, chikoo)
  • Add chocolate small pieces in the pineapple ice cream when churned for second time.
  • Pineapple chocolate chips ice cream will get ready.
