- Keep aside some
pieces of pineapple from the tin.
- Take the other
pieces from the tin, grind them in the grinder, churn it & filter
it. These juice should be at least 1cup.
- Heat the milk.
- Soak gelatin in
water & then put in the hot milk.
- Let it cool for
- Add pineapple juice,
cream, condensed milk, yellow color & essence & keep it for
set in the refrigerator.
- When the ice cream
is set, churn it again & add kept aside pineapple pieces, cashew
nut & walnut pieces in the ice cream & keep for setting again
in the refrigerator.
- Instead of pineapple
any other fruit can be added(mango, strawberry, banana, chikoo)
- Add chocolate small
pieces in the pineapple ice cream when churned for second time.
- Pineapple chocolate
chips ice cream will get ready.
