Tender Coconut Ice cream
Ingredients
:
1 ½ cup tender (cream of green coconut)
11tbsp sugar.
3tbsp cornflour.
1cup cream.
Vanilla ice cream.
Method:
½ cup tender coconut (thick malai)
1cup tender coconut (thin malai)
Boil milk to half. Add sugar. Mix cornflour in cold milk & then add to the boiled milk.
Boil for 10 mins.
Allow it to cool.
Add essence & crushed tender coconut cream in the milk & keep for setting in the refrigerator.
Churn it again after setting & add ½cup tender coconut (thick malai) in the ice cream.
Keep in the refrigerator for setting again.
