Fresh Punjabi masala
Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds.
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds.
  • 8 black pepper seeds.
  • 2 cinnamon.
  • 5 cloves.
  • 2 tbsp cashew nut, ground nuts.
  • ½ cup sesame.
  • 5 to 6 cardamom.
  • Little ginger.
  • 6 to 7 green chilly.
Method:
  • Grind the ingredient.
  • Put in Punjabi item as in ragda pattice, sev usal, chhole tikki, it gives nice taste.
