Garam Masala
Ingredients:
  • 40 gm cinnamon.
  • 40 gm cloves.
  • 100 gm dagadfool.
  • 100 gm badia.
  • 100 gm Bay leaf.
  • 600 gm coriander seeds.
  • 100 gm shahi cumin seeds.
  • 40 gm cardamom
  • 80 gm cobras saffron (naagkesar)
  • 200 gm cumin seeds.
  • 50 gm Mace.
  • 2 Nutmegs.

Method:

  • Put little oil in a frying pan roast Cinnamon, cloves, badia, dagadfool, bay leaf & coriander seeds separately.
  • Do not roast the left ingredients.
  • Then mix all ingredients & grind it.
  • Put 250 gm red chilly powder, 50 gm turmeric powder & mix it.
  • Mix 50 gm poppy seeds & 100 gm magajtari seeds & mix it.
