Ingredients
:
40 gm cinnamon.
40 gm cloves.
100 gm dagadfool.
100 gm badia.
100 gm Bay leaf.
600 gm coriander seeds.
100 gm shahi cumin seeds.
40 gm cardamom
80 gm cobras saffron (naagkesar)
200 gm cumin seeds.
50 gm Mace.
2 Nutmegs.
Method:
Put little oil in a frying pan roast Cinnamon, cloves, badia, dagadfool, bay leaf & coriander seeds separately.
Do not roast the left ingredients.
Then mix all ingredients & grind it.
Put 250 gm red chilly powder, 50 gm turmeric powder & mix it.
Mix 50 gm poppy seeds & 100 gm magajtari seeds & mix it.
