Punjabi masala
Ingredients:
  • 100 gm coriander seed.
  • 25 gm cumin seeds.
  • 50 gm sesame.
  • 50 gm magajtari seeds.
  • 2 gm cinnamon.
  • 5 gm cloves.
  • 10 gm black pepper.
  • 20 gm poppy seeds.
  • 20 gm chilly.
  • 2 tbsp oil.
Method:
  • Roast coriander, cumin, sesame & magajtari seed & grind it.
  • Grind Cinnamon, cloves, black pepper & sieve it.
  • Mix the entire ingredient in bowl.
  • Heat oil & mix the entire ingredient in bottle.
