Awla Sopari
Ingredients:
½ Kg Amla (Indian goose beer)
Salt to taste.
Method:
Cut Amla in small pieces & add some salt in it.
Keep it for some time.
Rinse as much of water as we can.
Keep it in sunlight for 4 to 5 days till it becomes dry.
Amla is rich in Vitamin C.
