Awla Sopari
  • ½ Kg Amla (Indian goose beer)
  • Salt to taste.
  • Cut Amla in small pieces & add some salt in it.
  • Keep it for some time.
  • Rinse as much of water as we can.
  • Keep it in sunlight for 4 to 5 days till it becomes dry.
  • Amla is rich in Vitamin C.
