Ingredients:
  • 50 gms (Dried mango powder)Aamchur.
  • Salt.
  • 8 spoons Sugar powder.
  • 1 Tbsp. roasted Cumin seeds powder.
  • 1/2 cup sugar for sprinkling at the end.
  • Lemon juice as per requirements.
Method:
  • Sieve (Dried mango powder) Aamchur, Sugar powder, & Cumin seeds powder properly.
  • Mix them & prepare dough with lemon juice.
  • Prepare small tablets & rub them in ½ cup sugar powder.
  • It helps in digestion.
  • Jeera powder (Cumin seeds powder) helps in maintaining coolness in the body.
