Ingredients:
50 gms (Dried mango powder)Aamchur.
Salt.
8 spoons Sugar powder.
1 Tbsp. roasted Cumin seeds powder.
1/2 cup sugar for sprinkling at the end.
Lemon juice as per requirements.
Method:
Sieve (Dried mango powder) Aamchur, Sugar powder, & Cumin seeds powder properly.
Mix them & prepare dough with lemon juice.
Prepare small tablets & rub them in ½ cup sugar powder.
It helps in digestion.
Jeera powder (Cumin seeds powder) helps in maintaining coolness in the body.
