Ingredients:
  • ½ kg ginger
  • 100gm salt &
  • 2cup lemon juice.
Method:
  • Wash ginger nicely, make it dry & peel off its skin carefully & wipe it off.
  • Mix lemon juice & salt & keep ginger in it for about 3days.
  • Afterwards make chips of ginger & keep in sunlight.
  • After it becomes a bit hard it is ready to eat.
