Masala kharek
Ingredients:
  • 100gm Kharek.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 5tsp powdered sugar.
  • 1tsp Cumin seeds powder (jeera powder)
  • 1tsp Aamchur powder.
  • 1tsp powdered pomegranate seeds.
  • Juice of 1lemon.
  • 1tsp powdered Fennel seeds (variyali)
  • 4 lemon.
Method:
  • Add some aamchur powder in some sugar powder.
  • Add powdered seeds of pomegranate.
  • We can also add some dry ginger powder & pepper.
  • Add lemon juice to taste & prepare dough.
  • On other hand add the juice of 4 lemon & some salt in Kharek.& keep it of over night.
  • Next day cut the kharek from middle (not fully) & put the dough prepared in it.
  • And it is ready to eat.
  • This mukhwas helps in Digestion & Jeera i.e. Cumin seeds powder keeps the body temperature cool.
