Sweet Betel nut (sopari)
Ingredients:
Pieces of Betel nut (sopari)
Hira moti masala
Yellow colour
Sugar powder
Minakshi pan chattni.
Method:
For more sweetness keep the pieces of Betel nut in sugar water over night.
Rinse it next day in sunlight & use it.
Then add little yellow colour (mix it in some water & add).
Add some powdered sugar & some Hira moti masala.
Then add some pan chattni.
Let it dry at room temperature under fan for some time & it is ready to eat.
If we want the mukhwas like Milan sopari then there is no need of keeping the Betel nut under water.
