Sweet Betel nut (sopari)
Ingredients:
  • Pieces of Betel nut (sopari)
  • Hira moti masala
  • Yellow colour
  • Sugar powder
  • Minakshi pan chattni.
Method:
  • For more sweetness keep the pieces of Betel nut in sugar water over night.
  • Rinse it next day in sunlight & use it.
  • Then add little yellow colour (mix it in some water & add).
  • Add some powdered sugar & some Hira moti masala.
  • Then add some pan chattni.
  • Let it dry at room temperature under fan for some time & it is ready to eat.
  • If we want the mukhwas like Milan sopari then there is no need of keeping the Betel nut under water.
