Method:
- Boil onion, cashew
nut, red chilly & khaskhas (poppy seed) in 1cupwater & 1cup
milk for 5 min. Make paste.
- Heat ghee in a
pan and add cinnamon, cloves and pepper.
- Put onion for 1
min, then add pumpkin, roast it for 2 min.
- Add onion paste,
cook it for 4 min & then add tomato puree, curd, garam masala, salt,
sugar & red chilly powder.
- Put fenugreek (methi),
coriander, cardamom and cream. Allow it to cook for 5 min.
- After cooking,
put of the gas and remove cinnamon, cloves and pepper.
- Then put paneer
cubes.
- Serve it hot with
parathas and rice.
