3 cup boiled vegetables (French beans, green peas, potato and carrot)
3 green onions.
4 green chilies.
1 tsp coriander.
½ cup tomato ketchup.
1 sp red chilly powder.
1 sp sugar.
3 tsp ghee.
Finely chop onion, green onion (with leaves), tomato green chilies, ginger and coriander differently.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add onion and cook.
Add coriander, green chilies, ginger and tomato and cook it for 2 min.
Add tomato ketchup, boiled vegetables, green onion, red chilly powder, sugar salt and little water.
Cook it for 5 to 10 min. Stir it.
Serve it hot with rice and parathas.
