Vegetable Jalfrezi
Ingredients :
  • 3 cup boiled vegetables (French beans, green peas, potato and carrot)
  • 2 onions.
  • 3 green onions.
  • 2 tomato.
  • 4 green chilies.
  • Ginger.
  • 1 tsp coriander.
  • ½ cup tomato ketchup.
  • 1 sp red chilly powder.
  • 1 sp sugar.
  • 3 tsp ghee.
  • Salt.

Method:

  • Finely chop onion, green onion (with leaves), tomato green chilies, ginger and coriander differently.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add onion and cook.
  • Add coriander, green chilies, ginger and tomato and cook it for 2 min.
  • Add tomato ketchup, boiled vegetables, green onion, red chilly powder, sugar salt and little water.
  • Cook it for 5 to 10 min. Stir it.
  • Serve it hot with rice and parathas.
