Method:
- Mix sugar, milk,
curd, baking powder and eating soda in maida.
- Add water as needed
and make dough.
- Apply oil on all
sides of dough and cover it with a wet cloth.\
For filling:
- Mix paneer, onion,
green chilly, mint leaves, red chilly powder, cumin powder and salt
& make them into 8 parts.
- Take small dough
and roll it with a roller.
- Add Paneer mixture
in the middle of the dough.
- Close it again
& roll it with the roller.
- Heat the oven at
240 deg cel and bake the kulcha for about 6 to 8 min.
- Serve hot kulcha
with butter on it.
Note:
- Instead of oven
you can use a non-stick pan for making kulcha.
