Boondi Raita
Ingredients:
11/2
cups Boondi (spicy)
1 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)
1 tsp Lemon juice.
1 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted & finely powdered)
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
Salt as per taste.
3 tsp Curd.
2 cups Buttermilk.
Method
:
In a mixing bowl, beat curd.
Add lemon juice,cumin seeds powder, red chili powder & salt.
Mix well.
Add buttermilk & mix it properly.
If required blend it in a liquidizer.
Refrigerate it for about a hr.
Before serving add boondi & serve cold.
