Boondi Raita
 Ingredients:
  • 11/2 cups Boondi (spicy)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted & finely powdered)
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 3 tsp Curd.
  • 2 cups Buttermilk.
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, beat curd.
  • Add lemon juice,cumin seeds powder, red chili powder & salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Add buttermilk & mix it properly.
  • If required blend it in a liquidizer.
  • Refrigerate it for about a hr.
  • Before serving add boondi & serve cold.
