Boondi Salad
 Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Boondi (spicy)
  • 1 tbsp Grated Mooli (raddish)
  • 1 tbsp Grated Carrot.
  • 1 tbsp Grated Beetroot.
  • 2 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted & finely powdered)
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
 
Method:
  • Mix all ingredients except boondi in a bowl.
  • Refrigerate it for about an hr.
  • Before serving add boondi & decorate with slices of tomato.
  • Serve cold.
