Boondi Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups Boondi (spicy)
1 tbsp Grated Mooli (raddish)
1 tbsp Grated Carrot.
1 tbsp Grated Beetroot.
2 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)
2 tsp Lemon juice.
1 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted & finely powdered)
Salt as per taste.
1 Tomato (sliced)
Method
:
Mix all ingredients except boondi in a bowl.
Refrigerate it for about an hr.
Before serving add boondi & decorate with slices of tomato.
Serve cold.
