    |  Ingredients:

        - 3 
          Cucumber (finely chopped)
 
           
        - 1 
          cup Green Gram dal (moong dal)
 
           
        - 2 
          tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
 
           
        - 2 
          Green Chilies (finely chopped)
 
           
        - 1 
          tsp Lemon juice.
 
           
        - Salt/ 
          Sugar/ pepper as per taste.
 
           
        - Grated 
          Coconut for garnishing.
 
           
        - Chopped 
          Coriander for garnishing.

     Method: 
      
        - Soak 
          green gram dal in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours & drain it.
 
        -  
          Mix cucumber, coriander, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, pepper & 
          sugar in it. 
 
        - Refrigerate 
          it. 
 
        - While 
          serving garnish it with coconut & coriander. 
 
        - Serve 
          cold.
