1 Small Raw Papaya (peeled & coarsely grated)
4-5 Green Chilies (slit)
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds.
¼ tsp. Mustard Seeds.
2 pinches Asafoetida.
1 tsp. Sugar.
1 tsp. Lemon Juice.
1 tsp. Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp. Oil.
Salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan & add cumin & mustard seeds & asafoetida, allow spluttering.
Add green chilies & grated papaya.
Then add sugar, limejuice, salt & coriander.
Mix well. Remove from heat.
Let it cool, then serve with papdi.
Use it on the same day. If refrigerated can be stored for 2 day.
It could be used as salad with roti-sabji.
