Rajma Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup Kidney Beans (rajma)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic (crushed into a paste)
1 small tomato chopped finely.
Salt - to taste.
1 chilly (finely chopped)
3-4 tsp Vinegar.
2 tsp lemon juice.
Method
:
Soak kidney beans overnight and pressure-cook it.
In a glass bowl add all the ingredients except the vinegar and lemon juice.
Pour the vinegar and lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Toss just before serving.
