Rajma Salad
 Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Kidney Beans (rajma)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic (crushed into a paste)
  • 1 small tomato chopped finely.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • 1 chilly (finely chopped)
  • 3-4 tsp Vinegar.
  • 2 tsp lemon juice.
 
Method:
  • Soak kidney beans overnight and pressure-cook it.
  • In a glass bowl add all the ingredients except the vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Pour the vinegar and lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Toss just before serving.
