Spinach Salad
 Ingredients:
  • Spinach 2 bunches.
  • 2 medium onions.
  • 3 green chilies.
  • Roasted peanuts.
  • Lime juice as per taste.
  • Salt as per taste.


Seasoning.
  • Oil.
  • Mustard seeds.
  • Asafetida.
  • Turmeric powder.
  • Green chilies.
 
Method:
  • Chop spinach into large pieces.
  • Chop onions & green chilies finely.
  • Roast peanuts for 25 minutes and grind to powder.
  • Put spinach leaves, onions, and peanut powder in a bowl.
  • Take oil in pan add mustard seeds, after they splutter, add asafetida, turmeric powder and green chilies.
  • Pour seasoning over spinach leaves, onion and peanut powder mixture.
  • Add limejuice and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
