Vegetable Salad
 Ingredients:
  • 1 Carrot.
  • 15 Green peas.
  • 1 big Potatoes.
  • 8 French Beans.
  • 2 cups Curd.
  • Salt, Sugar & Pepper as per taste.
  • Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
  • Mint leaves (finely chopped)
 
Method:
  • Dice & boil all the vegetables.
  • When cool add salt, sugar & pepper to it.
  • Add beaten curds to the vegetables.
  • Garnish with coriander & mint leaves.
  • Refrigerate it & serve cold.
