Ingredients:

- 1
Carrot.
- 15
Green peas.
- 1
big Potatoes.
- 8
French Beans.
- 2
cups Curd.
- Salt,
Sugar & Pepper as per taste.
- Coriander
Leaves (finely chopped)
- Mint
leaves (finely chopped)

Method:
- Dice
& boil all the vegetables.
- When
cool add salt, sugar & pepper to it.
- Add
beaten curds to the vegetables.
- Garnish
with coriander & mint leaves.
- Refrigerate
it & serve cold.
