Bombay green
Ingredients:
  • 500 gm green peas
  • 1 sp curd
  • 250 gm potato
  • Garam Masala
  • 3 to 4 spoons green coconut shredded
  • 2 sp wheat flour
  • ginger-chilly paste
  • salt to taste
  • Eating Soda
  • 2 to 3 onions finely chopped
  • 3 ½ spoons sesame oil

 

Method:

  • Crush green peas halfly.
  • Smash the boiled potatoes.
  • Mix finely chopped onions with potato and green peas.
  • Mix gram flour, wheat flour, salt, ginger chilly paste, eating soda, green coconut shredded, curd, sesame.
  • It should not become loose.
  • Mix it properly.
  • Make small balls from it and deep fry.
