Bombay green
Ingredients:
500 gm green peas
1 sp curd
250 gm potato
Garam Masala
3 to 4 spoons green coconut shredded
2 sp wheat flour
ginger-chilly paste
salt to taste
Eating Soda
2 to 3 onions finely chopped
3 ½ spoons sesame oil
Method:
Crush green peas halfly.
Smash the boiled potatoes.
Mix finely chopped onions with potato and green peas.
Mix gram flour, wheat flour, salt, ginger chilly paste, eating soda, green coconut shredded, curd, sesame.
It should not become loose.
Mix it properly.
Make small balls from it and deep fry.
