Crispy Toasts
 Ingredients:
  • 4-5 Bread slices.
  • 1 cup (rava) Sooji.
  • 1 cup Fresh Milk Cream (Malai)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped tomato.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onion.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped carrot.
  • 3-4 tbsp Chopped cabbage.
  • 3-4 tbsp Chopped capsicum.
  • Salt to taste.
  • a pinch of Black pepper powder.
  • 1 tsp Oil.

 

Method:
  • Chop the sides of the bread and give them shape of your choice.
  • Take sooji in a bowl; add cream (malai), chopped tomato, onion, carrots and cabbage.
  • Also add chopped capsicum, salt, and black pepper and mix all the ingredients.
  • Apply oil on one side of the bread pieces & spread vegetables mixture on the other side.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry both sides of the pieces.
  • Crispy toast is ready to serve.
