Crispy Toasts
Ingredients:
4-5 Bread slices.
1 cup (rava) Sooji.
1 cup
Fresh Milk Cream (Malai)
2 tbsp Chopped tomato.
1 tbsp Chopped onion.
2 tbsp Chopped carrot.
3-4 tbsp Chopped cabbage.
3-4 tbsp
Chopped capsicum.
Salt to taste.
a pinch of Black pepper powder.
1 tsp Oil.
Method:
Chop the sides of the bread and give them shape of your choice.
Take sooji in a bowl; add cream (malai), chopped tomato, onion, carrots and cabbage.
Also add chopped capsicum, salt, and black pepper and mix all the ingredients.
Apply oil on one side of the bread pieces & spread vegetables mixture on the other side.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry both sides of the pieces.
Crispy toast is ready to serve.
