Method:
- Wash
cucumbers & cut into 4 inch long pieces, add water & salt &
boil it.

When boiled, drain all the water.
- Grate
it & smash it with the help of palms.

Then add ginger, garlic, cardamom powder, cinnamon-clove powder, red
chili powder, Onion & salt.

Mix well.
- Roast
gram flour on low heat Mix it in the cucumber mixer alternately.

Now with wet hands make small balls of the mixer & slightly press
it from above.
- Then
deep fry it in oil.
- Serve
hot with green coriander chatni & tomato ketchup.
