Method:
- Wash
spinach leaves properly & wipe them off.

Heat oil in a pan.

Take Gram flour in a vessel & add salt, red chili powder, ½
tsp cumin seeds & water to it.

Mix it into a smooth paste.

Dip the spinach leaves in it & deep fry it in oil.
- Arrange
them in a plate.

Take a mixing bowl & chop the boiled potatoes in it & add chat
masala, sweet chatni, green chatni, a pinch of red chili powder, salt,
cumin seeds, ginger paste & pomegranate.

Then take another bowl & beat curd adding a pinch of salt.

Now first put the layer of potato mixer on the fried spinach leaves
& then the layer of curd.

Repeat the layers.
-
Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve
immediately.
