100 gm Red gram (tuver dal)
100 gm Black gram (udad dal)
1 sp whole coriander seed
250 gm juvar
½ sp pepper powder
2 ¼ cup curd
Ginger chilly paste
Salt to taste
1 cup coriander leaves
1 ½ hot oil
Grind the mixture of Juvar & both dals in thick powder(like Ghotta)
Soak it in curd for 8 to 10 hrs.
Mix ginger chilly paste, salt, coriander leaves, eating soda, pepper powder, whole coriander seed.
Mix 1 ½ tsp hot oil in the paste, beet it and make it thick.
Fry pancham in the hot oil.
