Pancham
Ingredients:
  • 100 gm Red gram (tuver dal)
  • 100 gm Black gram (udad dal)
  • 1 sp whole coriander seed
  • 250 gm juvar
  • ½ sp pepper powder
  • 2 ¼ cup curd
  • Oil
  • Ginger chilly paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 ½ hot oil
  • Eating soda

 

Method:

  • Grind the mixture of Juvar & both dals in thick powder(like Ghotta)
  • Soak it in curd for 8 to 10 hrs.
  • Mix ginger chilly paste, salt, coriander leaves, eating soda, pepper powder, whole coriander seed.
  • Mix 1 ½ tsp hot oil in the paste, beet it and make it thick.
  • Fry pancham in the hot oil.
