Pav
Bhaji

Ingredients:

- Pav
- ¼ kg onion.
- ¼ kg capsicum.
- ¼ kg potato.
- ½ kg tomato.
- 100 gm green peas.
- 2 to 3 kashmiri
chilly.
- 8 to 10 cloves
of garlic.
- 2 tsp pavbhaji
masala.
- ½ tsp red
chilly powder.
- Salt to taste.
- 2 to 3 tsp oil.
- Coriander for garnishing.

Method:
- Boil potato &
peas.
- Finely chop tomato,
onion & capsicum.
- Make paste of kashmiri
chilly & garlic.
- Heat oil or ghee
in a pan.
- Roast onion in
it.
- Then add chilly
& garlic paste.
- Add capsicum &
cook it for 1 minute.
- Add tomato &
cook it for 1 minute.
- Smash potato and
add in it.
- Mix it properly.
- Add salt, pavbhaji
masala & red chilly powder.
- Garnish with Coriander.
