Pav Bhaji
Ingredients:
  • Pav
  • ¼ kg onion.
  • ¼ kg capsicum.
  • ¼ kg potato.
  • ½ kg tomato.
  • 100 gm green peas.
  • 2 to 3 kashmiri chilly.
  • 8 to 10 cloves of garlic.
  • 2 tsp pavbhaji masala.
  • ½ tsp red chilly powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 to 3 tsp oil.
  • Coriander for garnishing.
Method:
  • Boil potato & peas.
  • Finely chop tomato, onion & capsicum.
  • Make paste of kashmiri chilly & garlic.
  • Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
  • Roast onion in it.
  • Then add chilly & garlic paste.
  • Add capsicum & cook it for 1 minute.
  • Add tomato & cook it for 1 minute.
  • Smash potato and add in it.
  • Mix it properly.
  • Add salt, pavbhaji masala & red chilly powder.
  • Garnish with Coriander.
