2 cup thick poha.
¼ cup green gram.
1 spoon coriander finely chopped.
1 spoon lemon juice.
2 spoon sugar.
3 green chili finely chopped.
salt as per taste.
1 spoon oil for roasting cutlet.
Wash poha & drain it.
Soak green gram for 1 hour.
Grind Poha, green gram in a grinder.
Make any shape of cutlet.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan & put cutlet on it until it turns into golden colour.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
