Poha cutlet
Ingredients:
  • 2 cup thick poha.
  • ¼ cup green gram.
  • 1 spoon coriander finely chopped.
  • 1 spoon lemon juice.
  • 2 spoon sugar.
  • 3 green chili finely chopped.
  • salt as per taste.
  • 1 spoon oil for roasting cutlet.
Method:
  • Wash poha & drain it.
  • Soak green gram for 1 hour.
  • Grind Poha, green gram in a grinder.
  • Make any shape of cutlet.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan & put cutlet on it until it turns into golden colour.
  • Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
