Method:
For Ragda:
- Soak peas for 6
hours. boil with turmeric powder.
- Add salt. heat
oil in a pan, put cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilly, red chilly
powder & garam masala & boil peas mix it. (if u required water
to put)
For Patties:
- Boil potatoes &
mash it. put salt, ginger-chilly paste mix it well.
- Then make small
balls of the potatoes mixture & press it slightly to flatten it
evenly. heat pan, put a little oil on it & fry patties on both sides.
- Fry on medium heat.
- For serving, take
patties & pour ragda, tamarind chutney, green chutney, onion &
sev on it. serve hot.
