Ragda Patties
  • 250 gm white peas.
  • 2-3 green chilly.
  • ½ tsp garam masala.
  • ½ tsp red chilly powder.
  • ¼ tsp turmeric.
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds.
  • Curry leaves.
  • 1 tbsp oil (for tempering)
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Tamarind chutney.
  • Green chutney.
  • 1cup onion finely chopped.
  • 1cup sev or nylon sev.

For Patties:
  • 500 gm potatoes.
  • 2 tbsp corn flour.
  • 2 tsp ginger chilly paste.
  • salt as per taste.

For Ragda:

  • Soak peas for 6 hours. boil with turmeric powder.
  • Add salt. heat oil in a pan, put cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilly, red chilly powder & garam masala & boil peas mix it. (if u required water to put)

For Patties:

  • Boil potatoes & mash it. put salt, ginger-chilly paste mix it well.
  • Then make small balls of the potatoes mixture & press it slightly to flatten it evenly. heat pan, put a little oil on it & fry patties on both sides.
  • Fry on medium heat.
  • For serving, take patties & pour ragda, tamarind chutney, green chutney, onion & sev on it. serve hot.
