Stuffed Buns
Ingredients:
3 - Small Buns
½ cup - Boiled Kidney Beans (Rajma)
1 tsp - Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tsp - Onions (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves (chopped)
½ tsp - Green Chilies (finely chopped)
½ tbsp - Oil
½ tsp - Pepper Powder
½ tsp - Red chili powder
Salt - as per taste
1 tsp - Grated Cheese
½ tsp - Capsicum
Method:
Heat oil in a pan & sizzle onions.
Then add salt, pepper, red chili powder, & tomatoes.
Cook for a minute.
Then add kidney beans, green chili & coriander.
Mix well.
Cut buns & scoop it from the center with the help of a spoon.
Then fill the prepared stuffing in the scooped hole.
Then garnish it with grated cheese.
Bake it in oven at 250 degree centigrade (approx) for 5 min.
When done arrange them in a plate & garnish with tomato pieces & finely chopped capsicum.
