Stuffed Buns
 Ingredients:
  • 3 - Small Buns
  • ½ cup - Boiled Kidney Beans (Rajma)
  • 1 tsp - Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Onions (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • ½ tsp - Green Chilies (finely chopped)
  • ½ tbsp - Oil
  • ½ tsp - Pepper Powder
  • ½ tsp - Red chili powder
  • Salt - as per taste
  • 1 tsp - Grated Cheese
  • ½ tsp - Capsicum
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan & sizzle onions.
  • Then add salt, pepper, red chili powder, & tomatoes.
  • Cook for a minute.
  • Then add kidney beans, green chili & coriander.
  • Mix well.
  • Cut buns & scoop it from the center with the help of a spoon.
  • Then fill the prepared stuffing in the scooped hole.
  • Then garnish it with grated cheese.
  • Bake it in oven at 250 degree centigrade (approx) for 5 min.
  • When done arrange them in a plate & garnish with tomato pieces & finely chopped capsicum.
