Cheese Garlic Bread
  • 5 to 6 round bread.
  • 4 to 5 mozzarella cheese (Can use plain cheese)
  • 15 to 20 kashmiri red chilly.
  • 10 to 12 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 sp cumin seeds (jeera)

For Garlic sauce:

  • Soak kashmiri red chilies in water for 1 hr, add garlic, salt and cumin seeds and make paste.


  • Cut the bread in thick slice (don't cut it into right through)
  • Apply butter on both sides.
  • Apply 1-1 sp garlic sause, shred mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake it in the oven at 180 degree.
  • Or you can use non-stick pan.
  • Heat the pan on slow gas and put the bread on it.
  • As soon as the cheese melts serve cheese garlic bread with sauce.
