Cabbage And Spinach Roll
Ingredients:
  • 2 big cabbage.
  • 1small bunch of spinach.
  • French beans finely chopped.
  • Green peas.
  • 1cup-shredded paneer.
  • 4 tsp sprouted moong.
  • 2 big tsp butter.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Pepper.
  • 4 green chilly finely chopped.
  • Tomato gravy (if possible)

Method:

  • Boil all vegetables with spinach and moong.
  • Dry it & mix it properly.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add all mixture in the butter + salt, pepper & green chilly.
  • Cook it for 2 mins.
  • Boil cabbage leaves in the water till they turn into a roll & then make them dry.
  • Add vegetable in cabbage leaf & roll it.
  • Put the rolls in a baking tray and spread tomato puree & shredded paneer on it.
  • Serve it hot.
