Mumbai Masala
Ingredients
  • 2 spoon small pieces of capsicum.
  • 6 bread slices.
  • ½ cup coriander.
  • 3 smashed potato.
  • Gram flour paste.
  • 4tsp boiled green peas.
  • 2tsp French beans finely chopped.
  • Oil.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Ginger-chilly paste.
  • 1 cup vermicelli.

Method:

  • Cut the corner of the bread.
  • Keep it in the wet cloth.
  • Mix green peas, French beans, capsicum, salt, ginger - chilly paste, coriander in smashed potato paste.
  • Apply the mixture in bread slice and roll it & keep it aside.
  • In another vessel take gram flour & put vermicelli in it.
  • Put the bread rolls in this paste and deep fry.
