Mumbai Masala
Ingredients
2 spoon small pieces of capsicum.
6 bread slices.
½ cup coriander.
3 smashed potato.
Gram flour paste.
4tsp boiled green peas.
2tsp French beans finely chopped.
Oil.
Salt to taste.
Ginger-chilly paste.
1 cup vermicelli.
Method:
Cut the corner of the bread.
Keep it in the wet cloth.
Mix green peas, French beans, capsicum, salt, ginger - chilly paste, coriander in smashed potato paste.
Apply the mixture in bread slice and roll it & keep it aside.
In another vessel take gram flour & put vermicelli in it.
Put the bread rolls in this paste and deep fry.
