Vegetable Cheese Toast
  • 1 small bread or burger pav.
  • 100 gm French beans.
  • 100 gm green peas (boil green peas and French beans with Punjabi
  • style)
  • 250 gm potato (boil them and smash it)
  • 100 gm carrot shredded.
  • ½ cup coriander.
  • ½ cup mint (finely chopped)
  • 1 sp garam masala.
  • 2 sp ginger chilly chopped.
  • 2- tomato (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste.
  • 6 cheese cubes.
  • 1 onion (finely chopped).
  • ½ sp garlic paste or garlic chutney.
  • 100 gm butter.

For Stuffing:

  • In smashed potato mix French beans, green peas, carrot, coriander, mint leaves, garam masala, ginger chilly, onion, salt, garlic paste.
  • Apply butter on the bread slice.
  • Put the potato stuffing on the bread.
  • Then put tomato and cheese on the stuffing.
  • Keep the bread slice in the baking tray and bake it.
  • If you don't have oven you can use non stick pan.
  • Instead of tomato you can use tomato sauce and then put cheese and cover with lid for 5 mins. (for nonstick pan)
  • Instead of bread can use burger pav.
  • Cut the burger pav into half, put butter, stuffing and bake it in the oven.
  • Serve the burger pav with or bread with tomato ketchup.
