Choco Balls
  • 1 sponge cake.
  • 40 gm cashew.
  • 40 gm tutti fruity.
  • Cardamom.
  • 1 tsp Margarine (approx)
  • 1 tsp Sugar powder (approx)
  • 60 gm chocolate bar.
  • Paper cups.
  • Cherries (optional)
  • Grate cake.
  • Add cashew, tutti fruity, Cardamom, margarine & sugar.
  • Mix properly & make balls.
  • If you are unable to bind it in balls, add little more margarine.
  • Melt chocolate (double boiler system) & dip the balls in it & invert them in paper cups.
  • Set them & decorate with cashew.
  • Choco balls are ready. [you can also use fresh cream instead of margarine. Do not use ghee as it spoils it taste.]
  • Many a times your cake gets harden or burns on sides
  • In such a case you can peel off the middle unspoiled part of the sponge cake & make delicious choco balls with it.
